After knowing what you want, network with people and recruit a team to reach out whenever you come across something you like.

I wasn't sure if the timing is still ok for recruiting new tenants in March. 

My question was simply if people had noticed an effect of covid on recruiting long term tenants not how to manage short term ones or those who break leases.

Any ideas about how to recruit a project manager?

Do not recruit internal staff, especially when it comes to security.

Otherwise, you'll be like a boot 2LT with a bunch of recruits in the middle of a firefight.  

Seems like recruiting as I believe there is a $4800 yearly fee for access to deals and to be a key partner.
