Anyone work with Three Pillers Capital Group as a Key Partner?

Ive sat in on a couple of their webinars. Seems like recruiting as I believe there is a $4800 yearly fee for access to deals and to be a key partner. Are these guys legit and doing deals with their "Key Partners"  Just looking for insight.  Thanks
