I accidently stumbled upon this website and fell in love with the lucrative amount of information available for members.

Ive researched wholesaling for aver a year now and fell like I am ready to just go for it, and do my first deal.

She is now, after the last deal she had going fell through, wanting to sell the property to me via owner will carry/lease with option to buy OR assumption of the loan.

I have been playing with the idea of real estate investing since my father passed and I suppose his entrepreneurial spirit fell upon me along with his love for our community.

We had the utility between tenants and it was a bad deal for us as we had several tenants fall behind on there bills and utility company transferred into our name auto even while they tenant was living there and fell behind on there rent then they continued to stay through eviction running bills up and we was not able to shut off as we was not a utility company and land lords are not allowed to take it away here in Ohio so we got screwed and still trying to chase them from job to job attaching wages its been years.

Also stupidly enough fell into a trap of a guru who hasn't helped me close a deal in a whole year after a lot of money.

Another claimed that he had temporary credit issues but I found judgments that just fell off his credit report, demonstrating long-term financial issues rather than a temporary issue.
