I receive countless emails from lenders daily with their rate sheets and promotions for specific borrower or property types, geographical areas or loan types.

There are so many scammers out there, especially dealing with single-family home investments.By the way, I doubt you'll get much response on this platform because there are countless capital groups promoting similar deals.

He's a really good promoter of himself, almost like a cult.

Contrary to popular belief, yes good operators do market and spend money on marketing because there is so many bad offerings out there they still need to be noticed.

@Brian Plajer - while this offer may sound very helpful, it is a blatant violation of BiggerPockets rules against self-promotion that specifically PROHIBIT offering services to investors, publicly or privately. 

Preferably by email as we are not allow to self promote.
