My experience says that the smaller the industrial space the greater the demand.

It took patience, being willing to rehab a house, and airbnb but we have our our own space and are doing great with only 2 bedrooms to rent out too.

We have been delighted to work with thousands of investor clients over the recent years and our team has a culmination of over 30 years in the conventional and private money space.

In small spaces I have occasionally put stackable ones.
