It would help if the photos were of better quality, lighter and some of the full room photos should be a bit clearer. 

Time to upgrade my 4-5 year old laptop to something faster, lighter and with more disc space and memory.

If you are in an HOA that covers a lot of maintenance, maybe it can be a lighter maintenance budget.  

And some of the lighter streaks look like sapwood.  

I am guessing lighter and something in a can that can combust.  

A dark roof in high heat ages faster than a lighter one.

This is where the sump pump will be installed, and it will pump out the water that flows to it from the perforated pipe.Once the pipe is laid, the contractor will repour the concrete to cover it up (you won't know it's there other than the new concrete will likely be a few shades lighter than the old concrete) and may install a water vapor barrier on the walls to direct any water that gets through the walls down into the pipe.The whole process can generally be done in a day or two with a typical sized basement, and expect to spend $100-300 per linear foot of basement wall that requires the drain (in most parts of the country).

A much lighter commitment would be studying for and passing an exam for your real estate salesman’s license.  

You won't get one penny more in rent whether your roof is 20 years old or your wallet is $20K lighter for a new roof. 

I have a recurring nightmare of tenants putting their lighters up to the sensors, "just to see if it works, yuk yuk".
