Large STR in Scottsdale Up In Flames

Large home being used as short-term rental heavily damaged by fire in north Scottsdale

The tenants were using a flame thrower to clear cob webs in the attic. It reminds me of the time the tenants were using a gun to clear the room of c@ck roaches.

"Fire crews were initially called to the single-story home around 5:30 a.m. located on 79th Street, just north of Dynamite Boulevard between Scottsdale and Pima roads. There, they located a fire in the attic. Fire officials say the home was being used as a short-term rental and that all 15 people inside made it out safely when the smoke detectors started going off."
