Rental Arbitrage/ Starting Out
Hey everyone,
I’m 22 years old, live in Canada, interested in real estate, and wondering if you have any advice or tips to starting out. I’m looking into rental arbitrage deals or another way where I can invest in real estate early on that requires less capital.
I’m also interested in working alongside someone (free) to learn more.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or advice.
Thank you in advance,
Zoher
