We are newbies at this but fast learners and not afraid to get our hands dirty!

June's meeting is going to cover wholesaling, I believe, should be some experienced and plenty of learners in attendance. 

Until this world is filled with proudly independent learners and people who are confidently about their stellar research skills, I think we're stuck with gurus, shills, and stooges.

Are  you a fast learner and is he going to help teach you or expect you to figure this out for yourself?

I think I'm apt when it comes to construction and a quick learner.

Someone who is busy and needs a fast learner and extremely motivated to be the best in the business. 2019 Goal is Pass the Realtor Test in Colorado and find one, or more than one mentor. 2020 Goal: Earn 100k in real estate commission. 2021 Goal: Double that Number. 200K2025 Goal: Earn 1.000.000 dollars.I believe in hard work, I believe in doing things right and I sure believe in myself 100%My current job allows me to spend on week off every 2 weeks.That time is all bout learning and investing in myself. 

Love to see young learners, thought I was alone.

I want to eventually get into house flipping as I believe my past work ethic and being a quick learner would excel in this industry.

I am a PhD. in Molecular Biology by training, NY licensed clinical laboratory scientist by profession and US equity stocks day trader by passion but a learner and student for life!
