I have formed an relationship with a local successful real estate investor. Most recently I drove by a home wrote down the address sent him pics he came checked it out and closed gave me $100 bucks. He's Building a 15 unit complex and he wants me to be part of it. I have gained his trust through my education of REI. I have yet to do a deal, but he trusts me to be part of this deal. He wants me to be the contractor for the deal. I told him I had no experience in that. He responded yeah but you can put together a good team. He will compensate me of course. Any tips on what to expect Ive done some research my investor will have plans by next week I just want to get a head start. Thank you

@Dante Foreman Why does he have such confidence in you?  Have you shown experience in team building or project management? Are  you a fast learner and is he going to help teach you or expect you to figure this out for yourself?

On the surface this just doesn't seem to make sense.
