If some little old lady qualifies and has good credit, rental history, what's the issue?

Overall the air is full of potential and I asked my airbnb host to buy his place, its a larger lot w 2 buildings, hes renting essentially 4 rooms/studios out some without kitchen and theres a room for the 247 cleaner lady and a pool (tiny) in the middle, 2 parking spots, 450k.

This topic comes up so much that I put my reply in a BP blog to save my fingers from so much typing.

Gee, one lashing from the lady who I thought loved me wanting to have dinner and drinks....LOL.Okay, my bets were in jest, but even so, no one will qualify,  I'll  explain why in a second or two, maybe 2,120, depending on how my fingers feel. :)Writing a book on "How to entice your evicted tenant to leave for a weekend while you clean out the house and change the locks" is not teaching real estate.

I just had a lady move into one of my rentals who claimed she would be there for 2-3 years.

I know my cleaning lady for a long time and she is great.

One time a cleaning lady asked me what I was there for because she knew there were no guests on that floor, but otherwise no one has ever asked me who I am or why I’m there.
