I got a car with four wheels and don't mind driving or doing the legwork to help out of state investors analyze a deal :-)Most of what I do is SFR and 2-4 unit residential (as that's where the biggest pool of buyers are).

I would love it if the metal scrappers would stop buying small amounts of copper.. that right there causes a lot of harm to landlordssome of these ya hoos  will snip a 8 inch section of copper tubing .. there by ruining your system to get 1 dollars worth of copper.. and cost us 1500 to 2k..
