Want to buy, in no rush, own current house that will be rented
My fiancé is pre-qualified to purchase here in CHS up to $280K. He has a W-2 job. I own a property management company and our home. We are beginning to develop our portfolio so we are open to advice on how everything should look on paper, types of loans, putting current home as biz asset?, can’t put too much cash down, looking for something that needs work done that we can slowly finance via our current home’s rental (hoping to get $2000+/month) without any pressure or deadlines. I reckon we just need a little support approaching our first “long flip” if you will :) We either want to be in 29407 or downtown or Folly Beach (I know we are dreaming) but we are not afraid of a challenge! Any leads are appreciated!
