our yearly rent increases for existing tenants are usually $50/month or so (about a  4% annual increase)  … but this last year with all the inflation we raised them by closer to $100/month.  

I also noticed the grass had grown over the sidewalks so you could not see them, and in some areas was creeping got on to the roads the same way . 

I can see as more and more lots were being investigated developers will move to smaller projects that sits even closer to customers.

I’ll be moving to Fairfield county and commuting to my day job in NYC.From central ct originally so would like to be closer to home..a garage and car would also be nice ;)

If closer to the latter, the entire business plan can be at risk and it would very likely need immediate adjusting in a way that best protects investor capital.

I actually think I could get closer to $1,500/mo for this one  because it's so nicely finished, and also has 2 additional finished rooms that could be office and storage space/dressing room.
