We have soils here that contribute to uneven floors and foundations, and yes @Carolyn McBride you can relatively simply jack the house up and reestablish fresh contact points for the home on the foundation.

I suppose today you could have QR codes to appliance owners manuals but it is kind of a pain to get calls because the stove isn't working because they didn't press bake then start.

hey man, i was also fresh starting out and just want to say you should keep running different property over and over. i think about on my 40th or so i had one deal that the numbers were so DRAMATICALLY different than everything else Ive seen it lit a fire under me to go get it .
