There's always stuff like gymnastics, piano lessons, softball, etc. that keep you busy6 in the afternoon after school. 

College is simply not the correct financial decision for more and more people based on the cost.I think focusing on larger colleges and A+ locations close to "fun" (i.e. bars and football stadiums) will mitigate a lot of that vacancy risk.

Right now, 8 football players are renting, and some might stay for another year.

What made me interested with investing into this deal was that it's actually in my mother's hometown and also, where I played college football at.
