Hi everyone - I have spent the past few weeks poking around on this site, what a wealth of information! I am currently a stay-at-home mom/part-time estate lawyer, and my husband and I have been looking into new avenues of possible income production now that my kids are getting older and I have more time. I have no prior real estate experience. My main skill is researching, my main weakness is networking (I am an introvert). I'm still unsure exactly what area of REI I would like to pursue, but I'm pretty sure I don't want to do wholesaling or fixing and flipping. I need to learn more about landlording, but buying and holding/renting out is probably the direction I will head.

I have a purchase I am considering and need some guidance, but I'm not sure whether to post for advice here or in the Starting Out forum. Please let me know!

Thanks so much!
