Btw, I've done 1 foreclosure in Tampa and have found it to be a very interesting flipping market but I do not like how heavily pro-tenant the law is here.

I see investors who I have spoken with have issues with appraisals which heavily affect their loans, they have worked with certain companies that don't appraise correctly and even admit to it.
