It’s kinda like couponing but to me it’s worth it.

v=rHXvMcLrLSYOr rent 6 months get 2 months free (rent concessions),Or advertise in every LOCAL Church bulletin.Or offer employees at the local grocery stores a coupon via their clock in area for 1 month free with 6 months sign up (coupon good for the next 6 months)Or offer LOCAL new car dealers a coupon to give to their new car sales customers (to clean out the garage for the new car) 2 free months with a 6 month rental.

Fun Fact: Yield or Interest Rate is simply known as Coupon with regards to Treasury Bills.May need to treat you to a very nice dinner one day for the great information!

Bed Bath and Beyond gives out coupons that state  "20 percent off on your entire purchase".  

@Bob SolakThis is a Section 8 rental property which we receive a government coupon from the VASH program monthly for a portion of the rent.

They hand out these coupons at the exit of Walmart.

Less if you get a coupon that they periodically offer.  

@David RonkaI manage really estate for a bank and can tell you that from experience $10k to make it market ready for retail or restaurant seems awfully low, unless you're just demo'ing teller counters, coupon booths, partitions, etc.Doesn't sound like there's a vault but if there was that could easily cost up to $100k to remove.Going from a bank layout to traditional retail/restaurant (or vice versa) - if not evaluated prudently - can be cost prohibitive in your deal.
