Qualified for a FHA Loan. What is the best option for a Newbie
Hello everyone!
I live in Dallas, TX and I'm brand new to this wonderful world of Real Estate Investing. I'm prequalified for a FHA loan and want to make the most of this first time experience. I'm seeking knowledge from this awesome community. I was considering rentals as my focus as a beginner but I know FHA has requirements of owner occupancy but I've been reading where I have some options after living in a FHA for 2 years.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me with my FHA loan? Would a flip be a better option? Duplex vs. Single Family Home? Help.......

Flip isn't an option. FHA as you know requires owner occupancy. I'd go for a duplex. Currently there is well over 120 duplex to choose from in the DFW area. Message me and I can get you a list of them.
