I just sold a property in CA and have the funds in a 1031 exchange now. 

it is already the 6th day of the month, and most of our tenants made the on time rental payment on the 1st.we am copying our attorney soon and will report to the police department for lost $49,987.00 tenant rental income.So far we have called your customer services and online chat but nobody is answering.

While I don’t yet own investment properties, my wife and I have successfully remodeled and sold a home for a profit, and I’m eager to build on that experience.

You wouldn't want to pop a 2% balloon unless you sold the property, but make sure you write it as assumable so you can sell it.  

Look at a copy of their zoning map. 

Ideally, these would be vacant and abandoned properties that have not been sold in the past 5+ years.

We had a property manager that sold his company.
