When I want training, I get it from YouTube, from title companies, I ask questions of other agents (even competitors), read lots of books, listen to lots of podcasts and have taken/paid for training at other brokerages.

Again if they are motivated they will sign the contract because WHY would they tell you "no" and go to a competitor when they will most likely going to give them the SAME numbers... because your numbers make sense!
