@Jessica Zolotorofe that what I thought but its not the case in Indiana.. there is no liquidated damages in the RMLS forms.. and they can and will sue you to perform... on 3 homes we had in contract.. my agent and the seller got in a twist ..

From another perspective, though, prices are higher ... so lower rates on higher prices may be more expensive in dollar amounts, as I suspect would be the case in many markets (yours and mine, for example) for a mortgage payment at 15% in the 80's vs the mortgage payment at 4% for the same exact property today, even after adjusting for inflation.

In TX, you can't do business as a licensed agent under a legal entity, and I suspect that's the case in many other states as well.Renting and rehabbing are very different businesses w/ different risk profiles.
