This is a very complicated business.

I hope others have the courage to provide comprehensive reviews of Brokers, Sponsors, Capital Raisers, etc. as there are many to choose from, but very few reviews even after years of in the business. 

Thats why you see lack of ADA compliance in small businesses.  

They were “earning my business” by doing an hour or two of extra work.

Granite was out and quartz was in.....then certain types of granite, the less busy ones, made a comeback.

Roofs, parking, plumbing, hvac, signage, structural, Reno, etc4.  

I'm looking for a new source of investors who are in the business of funding these deals.
