Dominic, you mentioned not being able to scale my business using Shopify as opposed to Wordpress.

You also have to check out your current lenders MAX CLTV rules because it may cause issues with the first DSCR lenders original note/agreement.There are some lenders that have CLTV rules or will not allow a 2nd lien if it does not confirm with their Max CLTV similar to a 'Due on sale" clause.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

Not that I got any business from it, but I really liked the young wholesalers (they were good kids that are just trying to do it the right way) that threw it as well as a few of the people that attended.

These are business purpose loans so there isn't any sort of red tape when purchasing multiple properties at once or one after another.

I also have kicked off new businesses in Northwest Arkansas doing real estate development, new home and flip construction, as well as real estate investing. 

My wife and I are a team in our business too.

The new people don't know and they are the business target.
