I have about $20,000 between cash reserves for my triplex and wedding savings.This is just the state of where things are now; I'm definitely not here to complain.

Wholesaler rep visits with the guy on Wed. and assured me he will be out later that evening.

Although we had the best of intentions; wedding planning, our honeymoon, and me being called out of town for my day job for 7 months derailed our plans.

At any rate we were scheduled to close last Wed and the Saturday before that I got an email from the buyer's agent.

one time in the Catskills we had to as it was a wedding and there were no hotels.. beds were terrible etc .in Hawaii  we stayed on Kanapali beach at the Whalers it was decent..  

I have more my goals by 40: 7M in RE w/ 4M in equity: 4M now w/ 3M equity, purchase more RE / partner 20k in passive mo. income; 10k now, wedding venues and SRTs to bring it there 150/hr income; finish spec writing course & freelance at $150/hr
