Hello Joe,I have no experience with this, but have installed handicap ramps for tenants with walking issues in the past.

this property is 10 acres and it looks like they didnt purchase it and inherited it, im assuming he moved because he obviously cannot tend to 10 acre property, he moved with his family to a place that is more handicap accessible.  

And don't look at your shyness as a handicap - it's an asset.

There are issues such as elderly/handicap access and sufficient parking but on the most part, can't office buildings easily be converted?

I took my mentally handicapped child to the appointment to meet with the neighbor to talk about buying the land from her.  

Service animal is trained to perform a specific duty for a handicap person such as a seeing eye dog and they are certified.

If you have a listing agent (person with a real estate license), they will probably laugh at that idea because they know that approach is severely handicapping them - and you.  

I think their ESG kind of style is a great one, for a couple reasons (not unlike what you guys did with the finishing out the unit for the handicapped prospective tenant).
