I grew up in Orlando which is why I wanted to start there because I know the good vs bad areas but hearing no one in my circle make money from a rental property makes me concern.

I grew up on the east side of the town with a well versed knowledge of the neighborhood.

I personally live in Orlando too and invest in Ohio, but I grew up in the town I invest in and have trusted people there.I'm not talking you out of it, but perhaps try to find something around here, maybe in a area that still has homes that are reasonable like deep in Polk County or Volusia like Deltona, Haines City areas. 

I grew up in CA and decided to move and invest in Reno, NV because of it's proximity to CA and Lake Tahoe, job growth/population growth market dynamics, taxes do not reassess on the sale, no state income tax, much more landlord friendly, etc. 

A City that grew from 78k people to 90k people in about 10 years.

I grew up here and it is my DREAM to own a lakefront home on Keowee.

Compared to 2010, its population grew 65.3%.



I grew from 0 to right at 47 doors in 3 ish years.
