Hey @Molly Jones, so this is something I wouldn't participate in personally. 30 year leases in the US (or 100 year leases etc) can be pretty dicey depending on where they are.

I have been approached my many who thought the straw buyer concept was great but of course I would not participate.. loan fraud like that is 5 years in federal prison and they will come after you years after the fact..

The focus of the meeting: 1) Meet & Greet 2) discuss establishing a recurring meeting plan that works for both Minot & Bismarck participants (and everywhere in between) 3) discuss future meeting content (guest speakers, education, etc...)
