I have had investors ask me on several occasions about what if I do "this"...how much in return do I get?

I don’t have any personal experience with this but @Jay Hinrichs has warned about this on many occasions.  

On several occasions I have talked to people who said they sold their property years ago or it was foreclosed on but propstream still had them listed as owner.

Moreover, upon disclosing this information to the operations manager of the tenant space below, he was only too quick to respond that a number of company employees had allegedly been home sick with the flue on more than one occasion over the past three months beginning November 2019 that had yet to end as it was fast approaching the end of February, 2020 at which time we were conducting the PCA.

I believe they can still verify that I am the owner even if I structure it that way.I got sue two times and had to settle on both occasions.

@Mary D.We have used Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage on 6 occasions and on our flips with the coupons they give for the buyer they can get a discounts on their closing costs

On one occasion someone from upper management simply said "if they don't like you or making statements because of your race then they should quit."

Some people are behind the times and on occasion I take a money order.
