Has anyone found anything better than propstream?

I've been using propstream for a while now and it is alright but lately I've come across properties where the person that propstream has listed, no longer owns the property. On several occasions I have talked to people who said they sold their property years ago or it was foreclosed on but propstream still had them listed as owner. Any better resources out there?
