It's ordinary income, at normal income tax rates, plus 15.3% (both sides) of Soc sec/med. unless you're taxed as a sub s, and already have a reasonable salary subject to the soc sec/med.

If they have to actually check the availability to see, rather than know offhand, that's a good sign.Get a realistic low/med/high on rents and vacancies - and remember there's a tradeoff between the two.

This might have been the couple that she delayed allowing to see the inside but I am thinking there were 3 potential buyers. ( little groggy from pain meds due to accident last night and having to type with one hand) We also found funding for them here on BP, which she was aware of.

They were med students who met their future spouse, who was well aware of their career pursuit.I would imagine there is a minute percentage of doctors who got married, started a family, then came home from their 9 to 5 and said "honey, I am quitting my job and going to med school."
