I just attended the wholesale one last week that Simple house flipping mastermind did. 

I am in New York City, but the goal is to house hack in NJ or NY (probably out of the city) first and expand my empire.I would love find a mastermind group in my area or any kind of accountability until this becomes a habit haha!
