I was wondering if some of you that advertise out of the US what are your considerations when looking at a venue of WEB, PRINT and other media of selling a property.

I'm hoping to find pointers to better venues for my searches here.

Is there a venue for trying to market properties to landlords?

Synthetic grass - haven't seen anyone with it yet but I've seen it pushed pretty hard out here in California at various venues.

We will have monthly “Blue Thursdays†to exchange ideas, share referrals, network and socialize at fun venues.

Founded by Rosie Nieto, the club is a wonderful venue for deal leads and resources.

I looked at a HUD several months ago that looked like a real life Black Ops venue.

What a great venue to have at our disposal.

This has to do with jurisdiction and venue.

1) Network at REIA's (above)2) Network on this, other REI sites, and venues like Yahoo groups, etc.3) Go to foreclosure auctions & get to know who the cash buyers are & approach them to be on your list.4) Call landlords on for rent ads or who put out for rent signs in your neighborhood and see if they want to buy more properties, etc.
