It's a big enough company to recognize it's in their best interest to stay on the right side of the law.

They might be fine managing new construction, but I have seem MANY investors almost tank from their fee schedule on managing older homes...i would compare it to almost predatory practice.

Yes tenants are complaining, VT law says 30 days notice which I have given but the tenant swears up and down that it isn't them.

They are not secured investments and you have very little protection outside of out right fraud laws.

Theyre currently busy with over-regulating RE investors at the moment with vague wholesaling laws, so we'll see.
