What is very troublesome to me is the length of time between submitting an application, arriving at a decision and the final date set out for payment or move out/eviction.

I want to submit 2 or 3 different offers instead of 1 showing the offers and how I arrived at each (i.e., one with traditional financing, one with seller's financing, etc.). 

I hope the readers of this post can see how great opportunities can arrive if you can do 2 things.... 1) Analyze what Markets are GREAT and 2) Find Fantastic Partners!

One thing to note is that Listsource automatically has Household selected when you arrive on the Demographics tab.

I went over there a few years back and was able to get appointments with folks within days of my arrival very business oriented area and willing to listen.. unlike US were it would be near impossible to make the same contacts as quickly.

There are more people leaving SFBA than arriving.
