Also, home depot has managed accounts for players on a large scale that can be utilized to but my knowledge for that is limited as i only deal with 2 or 3 managed accounts

Class A MF is for big players.

If I asked a room of NBA players if "following your dream" is worth it, they would all say yes.   

Every employee and agent working for us holds a college degree, and our methods are as streamlined and efficient (in many cases, more-so) as any of the bigger players in the market. 

Other than those two, none of the other big players compare.

I do hear sporadically about this or that project, but on the whole there are just a lot of vacant storefronts and it continues to be a high tax, business-unfriendly state.For local players who are already here, or folks who have a local connection, I think it can work, but for those who have their pick of the country I scratch my head because I know there are other areas of the country with a lot more going on economically.That's a very lengthy way of saying, "I haven't encountered any, but I haven't looked and they could certainly be out there".

One of the folks in my network (Canadian) is actively buying HVAC business on the East Coast with his partner with the intention of scaling up operations and either enjoying the cash flows or selling to a bigger player.
