Hey Chris,

I'm local to the DMV and have spent some time the past few months looking at properties in Rhode Island (was actually up there yesterday for the RIREIG Meeting).  Let me know if I can help. I haven't found anything 'turn key' in my searches.  Quite the opposite, actually.  That's not to say they don't exist, but my feeling is right now, it's probably rare.
