If I do accept the dog, we'll have a brand-new Pet Agreement (which is incorporated into the Lease by reference), so I still have some leeway to add clauses to that agreement; it's not like changing their Lease in midstream.I really appreciate your input and guidance!

Hi, @Alex Cottman -- check your local legal bar association…they will sometimes have a sample lease landlords can use that incorporates the laws of your state.

-Property is in IL, LLCs incorporated in MO but doing business in IL.I noticed that even with a Quitclaim Deed, in Illinois you need to submit a Illinois Declaration of Value form alongside which is what has raised some questions.
