I have a pink bathroom in one house, and original old 60s cabinets in the kitchen, to which I added black and white NASA photos. 

Cabinets are old and some broken.   

Removed the door, put in a wall, added cabinets/fridge, painted, installed a kitchenette, and created a second entrance for us to access the back yard we now have a little duplex.

Added a kitchenette, cabinets, paint, +closed the wall and our tenant now pays 88% of the mortgage.

We added a new metal roof since the carport showed signs of past leaking, new vinyl plank everywhere, new paint, gutted the kitchen, added new appliances and new cabinets, added beadboard panelling to the kitchen and one bedroom to cover up some old wallpaper, new baseboards, replaced all wood windows with vinyl, new carport ceiling, new wheelchair ramp.

We added the 3rd bedroom back as a wall had been taken out decades ago to convert it to a 2-bedroom; added a new metal roof since the carport showed signs of past leaking, new vinyl plank everywhere, new paint, gutted the kitchen, added new appliances and new cabinets, added beadboard panelling to the kitchen and one bedroom to cover up some old wallpaper, new baseboards, replaced all wood windows with vinyl, new carport ceiling, new wheelchair ramp.What was the outcome?

I call definitely tell you who not to use on these and cabinets.

The cabinets do not have backs and after removing the cabinets there is visible mold above and below the paint.

Bought under market value, replaced flooring with LVP, painted interior, vanities and kitchen cabinets.

I had never used these groups much before but I snapped a few pics of vanities and tops, kitchen cabinets, doors, windows, old appliances and even a pile of used lumber from a demolished deck.
