My first heads up should of been that the first wire bounced back, but went ahead and sent another one.

Thank you for your reply and interest.I've been approved for an FHA   And I've only within the last year established multiple  streams of credit building channels.I was told that my score dipped below the required level due to the lack of age of my credit history and to wait for it to bounce back.

After all, the market would bounce back and there's NO WAY I'm losing 80K!

In the last, maybe, 2-4 years though as the real estate economy has bounced back so hard, the 3s and 4s have kind of become unicorns in turnkey world.

Also, I'm up for meeting local members of BP, so if anyone ever wants to bounce ideas off of each other, I'd be open to meeting for coffee/drinks. 

I keep bouncing back and fourth on paying off or investing.
