I will be working to better automate our biz and I feel good about it being able to continue in my absence.

But I wasn’t accounting for automated opener which is another $2500.

It has been really awesome because everything is automated and it integrates with things like Google Drive and dropbox.  

Now this was pretty painless for me. they did a back ground check and I had to give them the names of all my LLC's and they checked public records in all 50 states ( automated program probably have a fatco product)  to prove that I have the 200 flips in last 36 months or whatever it was to get their lowest rate.. ...

Finally, everything is very automated when dealing with HUD offers, and there are some unique quirks and nuances to dealing with the different HUD servicers that can quickly kill your offer.

A few questions:-Can anyone recommend a website or service where I can automate some/all of this?

More modern systems support (i) storage of video stream in the cloud with some minimal automated analysis, and/or (ii) remote access of a video livestream, but someone needs to sit and watch for activity. 

I specialize in geeky tools, scaling fast and automation where another course may specialize in flipping and deal flow and another course may provide more information on marketing, etc. 

Podio is great at lead management,  and you can customize/automate it as you grow.
