Any suggestions on how to find HUD brokers in different states? Brokers that will give you their login id to bid on properties?

HUD provides a search feature for registered brokers at http://www.hudhomestore.com/Listing/BrokerSearch.a....

You won't find a broker who will "give you their login id to bid on properties".

Rather, HUD bids must submitted via a HUD-registered broker (or an agent from a registered brokerage) working on your behalf as your buyers agent.

Find an investor friendly realtor you want to do business with who is registered with HUD.

Finally, everything is very automated when dealing with HUD offers, and there are some unique quirks and nuances to dealing with the different HUD servicers that can quickly kill your offer. Beyond being simply registered with HUD, make sure your agent/broker has actual training and/or experience submitting HUD offers and closing HUD sales.
