I went online to the Harris County Clerk and search for the probate list, which I got but when in the event description can I find the executor address and when can I say to the executor that "I would like to buy their house".

Hello I was hoping someone could give me some clarity on the step by step process for probates whenit comes to wholesaling in harris county like i thought they dont have to go through the entire probate process for the seller to do an assignment of contract but when i reach out to th e title company she said something about airship vs them not having a will and i really just want clarity on this whole process before reaching out to sellers ?
