Same for your website if you choose to focus online - it's going to take several weeks or possibly several months before it starts churning out leads on a regular basis.

My only point is that the people I went with (seems that is censored by the website...can't say I am a fan of BP censoring things automatically...but I digress) never said that it would be overnight or not take any work.

I am currently taking advantage of the marketplace tool here on the BP website for finding foreclosures and I've come across some multi family properties in my particular area, Akron/Canton region in Ohio, that show tax lien beside them.

I am still doing a lot of research on that area's market.What are the best free websites to use (excluding CL) to search for investment properties or homes in general?

Thanks Bill and Wayne-The FNMA bid website says an accepted offer is in hand, this has to be recent since when we scheduled the walk Sunday (Monday Walk, Tuesday bid) the property was available.If the bid falls through I will keep BP aprised of the twists and turns, otherwise on to the next deal.

I've never tried this but I think there is a phone number on the HomePath website that you could call with this questions.Let us know what you find out!
