Hello BP Nation, tonight is the Real Estate Club In Action meeting at 6:30 PM at the Burbank Holiday Inn - 150 Angeleno, Burbank, CA.

I will be at the meeting and hope to see plenty of BP members there. Tonight's speaker is The Note Queen, Dawn is a very respected investor in the note business and this is a topic I personally enjoy.

See you there for the meeting, we usually hit up the bar after for drinks and further discussions.
