I was the girl who always made sure to get perfect grades, and I did this up through my final year at college.

The thing for us is just to evolve. i am also a numbers girl and have a full time job.

At the moment we have a couple different girls that clean our vacation rentals in Seattle, and we have been paying them an hourly rate of $30/hr.  

We are expecting our first child (a little girl) in just a few weeks.

So far she has done a few projects and has had an appearance on ABC's Speechless (she was the girl trick-or-treater in the Halloween episode).  

We are working parents of 3 beautiful girls looking to get out of the 9-5 rat race (especially me -Josh).Been interested in REI for years, ever since my landlord in college told me how I was paying her mortgage by renting out half her house, and how her other handful of rentals paid all her bills and allowed to do whatever she wanted - which was live half the year in France, and half in upstate NY.Now we are finally getting serious.  

When you decide not to let the pretty girl in one of your properties to paint their room black, say "I've decided not to allow that."
