You should do your part too to try to fulfill the terms of the original rental agreement.

If you were planning to live in it and just wanted someone to pay your mortgage, then it is a different story and this could fulfill that purpose.

Like I said, I like going to these kinds of events, and so I try to keep track and see if they fulfill their promises.
