Hello everyone, Bill from Orlando. I am new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate Investing. I currently own a managed IT services business for the past 10 years and I contract with private schools to take care of the IT infrastructure. Most people have asked me why I would want to leave a successful business and the answer is very simple. I no longer have the fire in my belly for IT. Why Real Estate, that is very simple to, I love transforming something that is ugly to something that is beautiful. Real Estate was a natural choice because I can fulfill that desire and make good money at it as well. I realize I am new to this, but I was new at my IT business way back when. So, I will lean on you guys and girls with questions so I will become successful in this too. Thank you in advance... Bill
