I think you should be sure it's a good deal and you have a good idea of the rehab costs and ARV, because the quickest way to ruin your reputation in your market is to lock deals and throw them around to investors with inaccurate figures....

And just look at the reply immediately above yours, which repeats the same nonsense.I guarantee no more than three calls to established brokerages are required to list a house in any condition.Actually, it should only take one call to any decedent reputable agent/brokerage.
